Great location! Just 10-15 minutes walk to Hermitage. The hotel staff appeared very friendly. Despite we arrived at 6 a.m. the room was ready and we were allowed to use it. Breakfast was OK for this type of hotels.
The beds were not really comfortable. Soundproof is very week.
Hotel is in the living house in the centre of S.-Peterburg. Dvortcovaya square is next to the hotel, 10 min on foot. There is condition in the room. Good breakfast, clean room.
Location is excellent, rooms are new & clean.
The location of the Maribelle Hotel is excellent, just few minutes from Nevskiy prospect and all major sites. Lots of cafe and shops nearby. Room was specious with furniture from Ikea and an old TV. Staff was polite and helpful.
It is not so easy to find this mini-hotel as there is no clear sign at the entrance. Although there is no noise coming from the street (most rooms face the courtyard), walls are so thin that you could easily hear everything what’s happening in the corridor and rooms nearby. Not for a light sleepers. Bathroom was clean but old. There is also not much choice for breakfast.
Very good staff, excellent location, and tasty coffe.
Bad sound insulation and design total absence. When you stand in the street, you will not think that it is hotel
Position near in the city center
Hard to locate, make note in description (small plaque on door with name could not be seen after dark or from 10 or more meters): great location for any area of central St. Peters. the staff has llittle info of value for visitor, which could be easile provided.
It is really in the city center
No english speaking staff Breakfast is relly limited and the brekfast room is unbelivably small
The staff was a little bit rude. The heather wasn't working the first nigth. Breakfast is a little poor.
Nice hotel. Location per price is the best advantage of this hotel, rooms are clean, including shower and not obsolete, wi-fi is perfect, staff is kindly and helpful. U can get to the room directly of the main entrance without going through reception.
Although there were no noisy visitors, sound proof sould be improved.
It was clean and short walk to sights.
It was not evident where the hotel is. Should be marked better.
Typical old russian ambiance.
The bed was not very comfortable.
Very good location, nice breakfast, no noise from the street (windows look onto the yard). You can leave your luggage at the reception after check out.
The room was old and shabby, the shower curtain was broken. Thin walls and the room door - you can hear everything from the corridor and kitchen (our room #101 was just next to it). The entrance door was extremely noisy - it squeaked and banged very loud every time someone came in or out.
When getting in I wanted to go back as the entrance is like 200 years old and not appealing. But once in the room proved ok. It has airco, Wi-Fi and is quiet. Good shower too. I selected the hotel at a busy time, with few hotels available, for its location.
Breakfast is ok but don't expect too much. The bed is hmmmm - you feel the springs in the mattress. A top layer would be good. It really is a mini hotel.
super-clean room, good breakfast, mostly superquiet and therefore good sleep
